Apply Patterns If Ready

ssApplyPatternsIfReady does three things

Checks the loading image is no longer present in the document
If so, it run the effects stored in PatternStack to re-apply the patterns
If it is successful, it sets the contents of ‘contentboxstatus’ to ‘justloaded’

In this example it is run 5 seconds after the ajax request is made - it is pretty likely to have completed by then.

This suffers from two potential problems...

The user could click on one of the new links or the image before 5 seconds has elapsed
The content could take longer than 5 seconds to complete and never have the behaviour applied

To deal with these two potential problems ssApplyPatternsWhenReady improves upon this - it will run repeatedley, and fail gracefully if it takes too long.
